We offer two main tracks. The first track is project-based. The second track is the ongoing support track. We provide support and guidance to the organization, its employees, and its managers for a monthly retainer for a year or several consecutive years.
Does AIC specialize in guiding individuals or supporting entire organizations?
We do both. We believe in helping both the individual and the entire organization succeed, and invest efforts in both.
